Give us more notice, and we’ll happily reschedule you. • Running Late → More than 15 minutes late? The service is still charged in full, but we’ll extend a one-time reschedule as a courtesy. • Refunds → We don’t offer refunds, but we do offer “fix-it” appointments to ensure you leave aligned, balanced, and glowing. These policies keep our space safe, our providers respected, and our energy flowing so we can continue to create magic for the community. Cancellation Policy
Every appointment booked is a spell cast in time — and once woven, it cannot be easily undone.
🔮 Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 100% of the service cost.
✨ As a gesture of goodwill, you’ll be offered one rescheduled appointment at 50% off.
💀 Deposits are nonrefundable — but they will always be applied toward your total service.
